Whitelist FTP IP

Webair blocks all FTP access on[label color=”primary”] Managed Dedicated, VPS, and Cloud servers[/label]. This is for secure FTP access to prevent unauthorized access and hacking attempts. If you need FTP access and you’re not a virtual client then follow the steps below.

STEPS :

1.1 :   Login to your EZPanel @ https://ezpanel.webair.com

1.2 :  Click on FTP on the left navigational menu.

 

1.3 :  At this point you will have to choose which server you want to whitelist your IP. (If you only have one server skip to #4)

 

1.4:  Once you’ve chosen your server then check to see if FTP IP Security is enabled. If it is then click the “click here” link

1.5 : Once you’re in the FTP IP Security section you can choose to enable/disable security or you can modify the list of IPs allowed to access your FTP.

Once complete click the “Update IP List” button and you’re all finished!
