Account Suspensions


In case your account has been suspended due to billing purposes, You must contact the the billing department through phone call, or email. The most common situation that can cause an account to be suspended is not being able to complete Webair’s payment plan.

The plan explains that there will be a billing to your account monthly. If you choose not to complete the payment,  and call the billing department within 2 weeks, your account will be terminated.
