As a high-touch, long-term IT partner, Webair takes full ownership of customers’ backups, providing one point of accountability and security for the management, monitoring and recovery of their data. Webair facilities feature superior physical security on premises as well as encrypted connectivity to customer networks covered by our Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Webair can ensure backups are kept at at least two of its global locations in New York, Los Angeles, Amsterdam, and Montreal, and provide an option for instant cloud boot-up of backups via its DR-Lite service.
DR-Lite BaaS Add-On
Webair’s DR-Lite add-on is a cost-effective and comprehensive disaster recovery solution that provides customers with a 24-hour Recovery Time Objective (RTO), up to 15-minute Recovery Point Objective (RPO), and an option for always-on firewall that allows users to consume Virtual Machines (VMs) on pre-defined networks and Virtual Private Networks (VPNs). Webair‘s portal allows end-users to spin-up backs for recovery purposes, download images and define networking/VPNs on-demand.
