Managed Services means we are completely responsible for everything installed and delivered on the server(s). We maintain the operating system, including security updates and patches, as well as industry standard software such as Apache, PHP, MySQL, and other popular applications. Through proactive monitoring of all resources we will ensure the server's configuration is optimal for the specified use case. We troubleshoot all problems until they're either resolved or pinpointed to an application issue which we then provide guidance for on resolution. We answer many questions and try to help in every way.
Our managed services platform makes use of a FreeBSD/Linux/Apache/PHP/MySQL stack which has been highly configured to perform well on a variety of cloud and physical platforms. It comes standard with a suite of security, automation, and monitoring tools which allows our staff to easily manage the server(s) in an organized and automated fashion. Our managed service platform also speaks directly to our control panel allowing customers to manage all aspects of the server themselves such as management for websites, FTP,accounts E-Mail, DNS, Crontabs, firewalls, one-click installs, and many more features.
This is an agile platform that is easily customizable to fit most use-cases or web applications. There are many platforms that do well at managing a single or two server configuration yet cannot scale beyond that. Our platform was specifically designed to grow with our client's needs past that and into complex multi-server configurations such as load balanced clusters, cloud storage integration, CDN integration, advanced firewalling, and multi-database server configurations.
Note: Webair does not log in to Self Managed servers for any reason other than to fix network or hardware related issues.
