This will automatically generate a support ticket number for you and enables Webair to track and monitor your issues efficiently. Escalating Support Tickets
To escalate your support ticket, simply login to the Control Panel to view the ticket and proceed by selecting the "ESCALATE" button. Managers will be notified of the escalation request via email and the ticket will be flagged and moved to the top of the list for all technicians to view.
