Job Description:
The Systems Programmer will be an integral part of our technical group. This position will be responsible for the design and implementation of software running across thousands of servers, designing centralized management systems, integration with 3rd party APIs, and front-end interfaces. Work directly with system's administrators to create tools to automate day to day tasks, create end user web based management interfaces, implement new features, and keep up with latest technologies.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design and develop customer facing web based user interfaces for account management and control
- Design and implement automation for system maintenance and administration tasks, such as package management, automatic patching and configuration management
- Responsible for architecting new infrastructure components used to serve very large web sites
- Architect new infrastructures for new applications and integrate with existing environments
- Design and develop system level software to integrate and/or process data flows across infrastructures

Job Requirements:
- Expert knowledge of UNIX (Linux and/or *BSD)
- Knowledge of Internet protocols such as DNS, Mail, HTTP
- Knowledge of Client/Server, multi-threaded and distributed programming techniques
